DONT EAT MY FRIENDS (Non Veg vs Veg)

It is as cruel to each one of us to eat a chicken as it is to slice a cucumber and sprinkle salt on its fresh wounds. But then no one is against eating a cucumbers. If you are against eating eggs, how can you eat those thousands of innocent little seeds (pulses, beans, grams)? Plants are living beings (ref JC Bose's theory) after all, and today's environmentally enlightened generation knows plants are our Best Friends. 

Does that mean, we shouldn't eat them? Food is extracted from animals in ways which seem cruel to vegetarians. Plants aren't treated kindly either.

These vegetarians don't see anything cruel in slicing a cucumber/ vegetable or a fruit to death, just because they don't cry out loud or express their pains in ways comprehensible to these "friends of animals", or may be because the juices that ooze out are not red like human blood. There are religious superstitions that tell us not to eat non-veg food since it is prepared by killing God's children. Are plants his step children?  Animal food is grown on a commercial scale just like plant food. It is not in the least cruel to eat what you yourself produce for eating. we are not killing wild animals or disturbing the ecological balance. So, both "the Saint and the Sinner eat their friends" to survive.

My life after Army....

Hello Everyone,

I am back. well not too long though but all is well that ends well (or should it be - in the well).

anyways, I have been lucky most of my life, people tend to lose out on many levels, but thanks to whoever up there like me or if I may say so...Loves me... that I always get into the next best thing before out of the previous one.

so I left Army in Mar 2017,07 and did my course in IIM, Ahmedabad which started in Oct 2016 and terminated on 17 Mar 2017 and after the course, I joined my new life in corporate sector on 31 Mar 2017 with a reputed Company called - KEC International Ltd at Gurgaon, as a Sr Mgr in Projects Dept.

I am enjoying my job and do it with full energy and enthusiasm plus bash on regardless since time immemorial it has been said that you can either love the job you do or you can do the job that you love. In my case, it has been both, I love the job and do the job that I love since it relates to what I love the most and above all everything else - Technology.

It has been around four months now since I joined the new job and loving every second of it. One thing which I found to be common on both the sides is the cribbing by others for various reasons and excuses - whether the boss, or the job or the task at hand or the task given to the individual. No one seems happy in what they do, but they still do it, why, you ask? well, it is simple to know and understand that they don't LOVE the job but they do the job they don't love and then crib about it to anyone and everyone. There are many people in this world, who act in the similar manner and fashion but they vary in degrees of frustration and thinking. however, one thing remains constant - CRIBBING.

Why do people crib?? because they don't know what they love and in most of the cases, as it mostly happens or at times might not happen as well - they just do it to EARN Ignoring the fact that the job will be monotonous and boring if they don't start to love it or love it initially.

to love the job they have or to have the job they love requires patience and that is one thing no one wants to consider. Reason? because what they love does not pay and what pays can not be loved due to the fact that it is boring. Well, I don't find anything wrong with any job, coz if you can't do what you love they love what you are doing thereby, maintaining the balance between the two and sail in the boat till you reach your goal and then change over to what you love.

life is never easy or never too challenging since, the future depends upon you and you alone what you make of it,  if you do as per your desire the outcome of your job will be dfferent and might surprise you as well.

anyways too much philosophy there, coming back to my life after army - It has been almost 4 1/2 months in my new job in  corporate world and the things are currently in line with what i want to achieve and what i have to accomplish as part of my new job - has been doen or completed half way through and will be on fininsh turn very soon. (Hopefully by end of Sept or Oct 2017) rest depends upon the love showered fro above by the heavens.

Here I am with a new post from the heart of the body and mind of its own.

Off late there has been news about the change of Govt in Bihar, ironically the same news has been repeating since 0001 hrs since morning and has taken at least a million rounds already on all channels.

we all know that by about 0900 hrs or so, still the rest of the news snippets and other items or contents of the news have been kept aside by the great Media in our country. No one is really THAT much interested in these items anymore. Of course, when it was a breaking news it made rounds, but come on people how come even at 0900 hrs it is still being shown as -"Breaking News".

at 1000 hrs again it will remain as breaking news, why? bcoz, Mr. Nitish will be sworn in as CM again as part of NDA Govt, which was earlier approved by the governor of the state and the time was fixed as 1000 hrs. Okay fine, so the breaking news at 10 should be NDA govt formed in Bihar and the new CM is Mr. Nitish with  Mr. Sushil Modi of BJP as Dy CM.

with that name this is what came into my mind - What was the reason of BJP coming into existence?? well, the answer is simple - to remove the blood sucking Congress from the Indian Political scenario. surprisingly, it did not happen since the Congress and its various forms and norms have always come up with some low-class attraction to give to the power hungry and greedy population of India, who for sweet shit of smallest amount of almost nothing (as per the big picture) gave their vote to Congress, who in turn RULED India for 60 years (almost continuously, with small stint by BJP and others in between) after the English Ruled over us for almost 200+ years. and ironically again, there was no difference between the rule of England and rule of Congress, as they both acted almost equally on the same note of - divide and lust for more by the Indian population.

I am not saying that BJP is of Pure form but the greed given by Congress was too much to ignore by many, including some of the BJP MLAs and MPs.

Over time, we saw another party being formed in the recent years and expected that this one is the best and made out of SO-CALLED aam aadmi and with same slogan and thinking, it came into being, but, then as we all know (i know it because of being a personal witness to the same) that power and chair can ruin and change anyone's mind and heart for more than what you can expect.

In fact, there have been instance when every one right from the Congress to BJP to AAP and every other Party had the chance and time also (at some point or other time) to be really transparent and clear of their conscience to really prove their mettle to the population, but then we should not forget - THIS IS KALYUG - as per the Indian History and scriptures available, wherein anyone can be corrupted, and those who can not be corrupted Will be killed - under mysterious circumstances as always and usual ways.

Again at the cost of repeating, we are seeing many old documents and other details coming out against Congress over mysterious killings of many political figures viz, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Chandrashekhar Azad, Shaheed Bhagat Singh and his team, Mr. Rajiv Gandhi ( a person who could have joined BJP after seeing the corruption level in Congress) just like his sibling Sanjay Gandhi, who was disowned by the Congress Clan because of his ideology not matching with that of the Congress for many things which ironically again correlated to BJP ideology of being free from Corruption (although there are many in BJP who can beat the corruption level of Congress too).

I must say that I am not against Congress or taking sides with BJP or any other party but then, these parties were at a totally different level when formed and now after almost 70 years of independence, no one is sure which is the best political party. well, actually none because whoever comes in power - will definitely try some hanky panky to gain more in terms of - money, power, assets and many more than one can think of.

Off late, there was news about Pappu too as to why he met the Chinese ambassador, well any idiot can think about it - what happened in 1962 - Congress in power and they screwed India, by ignoring the warnings given by the ever faithful Indian Army.

what happened in 1999 during Kargil War - same - Congress in power and ignored the warnings given by the Indian Army and the result is known to all. we won by sheer grit and determination, not because of the political scenario.

How many of us know that Reservation system as given in Indian Constitution was supposed to be effective only for 10 years on the higher side and NOT to be used there after. I bet only 1% population knows this or even lesser than that. reason  - because it is the biggest weapon against any political party and others in line. Even the creator of the Constitution stated the same - so that those who are worth it can be given equal chance to prove their mettle on the Indian Polity, and not just ignore things in the light of being a minority or being from the reservation system. but what happened - we are still ruining the best because of the reservation system and using it as a power tool instead of using it for the betterment of this Country. You may ask how? well again, the answer is simple - those who deserve are being pulled down and those who know nothing but belonging to minority or caste system are getting the privileges they don't deserve at all

Life (as we know it) .... is a bitch

Hello people,

This is the second blog from me.  Although the title says is all..but then what exactly does it mean ?? 

Well, here goes nothing.....

I have been through many ups-and-downs in my life of 37 years and till date one thing has been the only constant in my life - GROW UP in life. right from the adolescent days of my life, i have been told to grow up.. by everyone who ever came in my life. Be it my mother, sisters, cousins, relatives (maternal and paternal both), my friends, girlfriends, their friends and their best friends, relatives of my all types of friends and who not. I mean even sometimes the strangers I met on - road, train journeys, flights, etc have also said the same thing. Above all, believe it or not Even my wife since last ten years of our marriage keeps repeating this every now and then.

I just want to know from all of them just one thing - WHY?? how does it matter? It's my life and I wish to live the way I want to. Everyone wants to be remembered the way they lived their lives right? then why not me. 

People have been helpful thankful and all other types of full, conveying their best wishes for the help and support I have given them ever in their or my life and at times it has helped them quite a lot. But still as they say - the earth is round, so it happened to me, after all, I did for whoever, whatever, wherever and whenever, I was still reminded of just one thing - GROW UP! 

I have come across many types of people in my life, thanks to my father's job and my job (we both WERE in Army) (I am a 2nd Generation Army Officer - for info of all; who may be reading this blog some day).

As of now, after completing my 14 years of Short service in the Indian Army, I have hung my uniform (although I did not want to) hoping some changes might come and I can continue to don the elite Olive Greens. but sometimes, whatever happens, happens for good. so I also went with the tide and did not bother much. it has been three months now that I have hung the uniform, now when I turn and see the condition of the Army, it pinches to see - is this what our forefathers and valiant soldiers fought for ?? the present generation of top brass, do not have enough guts to stand against the wrongs being done to the Armed forces in India and we get to hear the stories from all over the world as to how the other (developed, developing, and underdeveloped) countries are reacting  when their soldiers return from their duty. I feel ashamed and embarrassed to see that we have to show these type of videos and photos to our Indians about how to GIVE Respect to their soldiers. even then everyone has a reason for not doing it. And then, they expect that the soldier will keep quite. I say, enough is enough, just for once why can't we (the soldiers) be given the authority and power to make the rights and teach the wrong doers a banging lesson to make them and others too to understand that the Indian Army is not limited to anything but Restricted by the politicians and their bureaucratic babus and the yesmanship Generals. who have anything but BALLs to wrong things and doings? more is yet to come.......

I am new to blogging. I have named my blogs as randomthots.blogspot.com since this is one place where I can pen down anything and many things. without thinking much about the subject or matter or the sequence or anything for that matter.

I have a very simple thinking - if you can not be straight then don't live to be a copy cat or a yes man. You see a person who bends to please others can either be Gigolo (if male) or a Prostitute (if female). Another scenario, a yes man is similar and dangerous too. since, he/ she will do anything to get their job done - either by hook or by crook. but it will never affect them as their conscience died a long time ago. 

why do people tend to fight or start a quarrel, when it can be avoided - simple - they want to show and prove to others that their ego is bigger than their attitude. now attitude is not just a word but a complete sentence in a manner of speaking. The attitude of a person defines and decides what his / her reaction will be to a situation where the possibilities are many in terms of reaction towards the situation.

A person can; - fight, resolve, talk pay up or get paid (depending on the reason/cause of a situation). does that particular person has options to avoid or confront the situation? If yes to latter, then what option is available to confront the situation - is it fight or talk or a third option?
